Cute lil clippies

I took a long break from bow making until today. I had that little itch to create something. And after being inspired yesterday, I was determined. I wanted to make something that would match one of Maddy’s little dresses. Since she won’t leave cute bows in her hair for any great length of time I decided to make some cute little clippies. She seems to leave small clips in her hair much longer than big'ol bows.FYI: My inspiration came from our last MOPS meeting held yesterday. There was an auction and two of the auction items were baskets of bows and little clippies. Anamie and I pooled our "MOPS money" and won one of the baskets!!! It was a ton of fun.

Open House Time

We can hardly believe that Reilly is almost finished with second grade. Boy did that year go by fast! The following are pictures of her work on display in Mrs. Hardy's classroom.

Happy Mother's Day

Maddy and mommy spent the day together while daddy was at work. Their day included going to Church, taking naps, going to Auntie Jill's for a Mother's Day BBQ, & driving out to Buttonwillow at 8 p.m. to see daddy.

Crazy April

April was jam-packed full of special events and appointments. We started the month off with our vacation to Texas. When we arrived back home it was nearly Easter and our taxes were due. We saw our new little baby during an ultra sound at Kern Radiology on April 17th (Grandpa Chip's birthday). Both of the girls received vaccine shots. Maddy received 4 and Reilly received 1. Our kitchen sink was replaced after 3 years of waiting for Lennar to fulfill their promise. Aunt Jilly and Uncle Joel graduated with their MBA's. And Reilly's club soccer team made it to the semifinals during the Brigade soccer tournament. Not to mention all of our regular weekly obligations. Here's our new little one's profile, body, and spine. The technology these days is amazing! We were unable to determine the sex of the baby because it's little legs were crossed. Our sink before...and after.University of Phoenix graduation: Jill and Joel are in the middle of the picture facing the camera.Mom, Jill, and I outside of Rabobank after the graduation.
